5 DAYS OF KIDEPO VALLEY NATIONAL
Kidepo Valley National Park is 1,442 square kilometers of true wilderness lying in the extreme northeastern corner of Uganda along the borders with Sudan and Kenya. This is the most remote of all Uganda’s destinations. The vast savannah plains and rugged mountain landscape of Kidepo Valley National Park makes it by far the most spectacular of Uganda’s parks.
Kidepo boasts of a diverse range of animal species with a list of more than 80 mammal species. Some of the animals to look out for include healthy populations of elephants, Burchell’s zebra, buffalos, Rothschild giraffe, elands, Jackson’s hartebeest, oribi, bonhor reedbuck’s, waterbucks and Kongoni
It has got Plentiful numbers of carnivores such as leopards, lions, and spotted hyena, black-backed and side-striped jackals are also seen.

DAY 1: KAMPALA TO GULU
You will be picked up by a guide from who will transfer you to Gulu for an overnight with a Lunch en route. Meal plan Lunch

DAY 2: GULU TO KIDEPO VALLEY NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast you will head to Kidepo Valley national park via Kitgum. On arrival you will check into your lodge.
After checking into your lodge, you will have lunch relax and wait to go for an evening game drive along the Narus River Valley where you will view Elephants, herds of Buffaloes, Jackals, and Jackson’s Hartebeest, Klipspringer and Lions plus many other mammals.

Dinner and Over Night:
DAY 3: GAME DRIVES IN KIDEPO VALLEY NATIONAL PARK
Wake-up to the rhythm of nature and take a sunrise game-drive in and around Apoka Valley. After breakfast you will embark on the morning game-adventure that will take the route to Kanangorok hot spring. Here a number of animals like the East African big five can be seen wandering around as well as birds like the Ostriches. The semi-arid section of the park is home to hot springs and to elegant and majestic Ostriches. This section of the park also commands amazing sceneries of mountains across the border in Sudan. Return to your lodge for lunch. After lunch if you don’t feel so tired you will go for a walking safari with an armed guide around the park
Dinner and Over Night;
After breakfast, with your packed lunch you’ll visit the Lorokul Cultural Group and explore the fascinating, ancient culture of the Karamojong. Visit traditional homesteads, sample local dishes and hear stories of the folklore of this remote tribe. After the cultural tour drive to Gulu for dinner and over night.

DAY 5: GULU TO KAMPALA
